The 2013 declaration reportedly valued the Surrel house at EUR 330,000, while a joint declaration reportedly valued a new Surrel villa at EUR 282,912; the sources retrieved do not reconcile these figures.
Democratic Party spokesperson Ina Zhupa (7 Jan 2019, Top Channel) alleged the villa is worth 40 million ALL, that Rama used his wife as a shield, and that his assets are inconsistent with his declarations; she cited an internal OSCE document for a 200 million EUR wealth figure.
