Luxury resort project at Rrjoll (Baks-Rrjoll), Velipojë, linked in reporting to Bashkim Ulaj and his brothers Astrit and Ahmet. A search summary of Shqiptarja coverage says they received 'five-star accommodation investor' status on 31 Dec 2024 (not verified on the primary page). Residents protested in front of SPAK over alleged land takings, and complaints were filed with SPAK in 2024, supplemented March 2025 (Shqiptarja). SPAK has not announced charges from these complaints in the sources retrieved. Reported site areas differ (147.2 hectares in one report).
