Albanian branch of US firm Dunwell Haberman. Reported to have won two government tenders worth almost €30 million in total in 2018, after allegedly forged US documents (Exit News). The Tirana Outer Ring Road Lot 1 contract was annulled in Dec 2018 after forgery was alleged (Exit News; Tirana Times).
