Lead partner in a consortium with ELEKTROSEK sh.p.k. and PORT CONSTRUCTION sh.p.k. that won a Tirana municipality integrated security-services tender (procedure of 24 December 2019; about 3.4 million euro, 414,844,706 lek, per Shqiptarja quoting the PD). The PD says none of the three firms met licence category 1.3.A and that the award was without competition. Final contract and status not verified.
