Description
Construction company founded in 2006 (per the National Business Center, as cited by Balkanweb). Member of a joint venture with Mela sh.p.k. and Alba Shpresa sh.p.k. that Balkanweb reports won the Albanian Development Fund tender for neighbourhoods 4, 5 and 6 in Kukës (bid 1.8 million euro; headline says 3 million). A PD adviser (Dorian Teliti) also claimed about 30 million dollars of tenders over the government's term; that is an unchecked party claim.
