Acquired Albania Land Development in November 2025 for 10,000 euro (Citizens.al 2026-06-08). Citizens.al also says a Sazan Operations entity was registered in Tirana on 21 April 2026 at MAK Albania Hotel address, managed by people tied to the Al-Khayyat group. A registry extract (opencorporates.al, not opened) appears in search results to show it as 100% shareholder of Albania Land Development and a January 2026 name change of that shareholder to Sazan Land Holding; the figure and name change are not verified.
