ABI is owned by Tranzit sh.p.k., which the Bank of Albania describes as controlled by two funds linked to NCH Capital; Albanian-language ABI material and exit.al say Andi Ballta is a shareholder of Tranzit. The Bank of Albania's own release on ABI's rebrand (ex-Credit Agricole Albania) is linked. The sale price was not found.
