Description
Reported in December 2020 as the party in an agreement with the Albanian government to develop part of the Durres port. PortsEurope (August 2022) said 20 months later little progress had been seen and that only Eagle Hills had signed an MoU. The Emaar agreement text was not found in the sources reviewed.
