Description
Observed the 2025 parliamentary election. Preliminary statements flagged 'massive abuse of public resources and institutional powers' by the governing party; the final report (dated Warsaw 23 Oct 2025) reports dozens of vote-buying incidents investigated and close links between parties and organised crime in some areas, and says the Socialists benefited from state resources and institutional activities during the campaign. It recommends a stricter ban on use of state resources from the moment elections are called. The PDF text was not readable, so these are secondary summaries.
