Description
Construction company. Exit.al reported a €2.5 million underground car park under Italia Square, Tirana, awarded after five bidders were disqualified (award 18 Dec 2017, contract 11 Jan 2018). Exit.al also reported Albstar was sole bidder in a 2018-era national stadium selection without open tender. Shqiptarja (2025) lists it as ninth among government contractors in 2024, with one contract of about 2.3 billion lekë. A US-funded 'Alb-Star' in a US federal database may or may not be the same company; not confirmed.
