Description
Construction contractor. Exit.al (4 Aug 2018) reported it received at least 3.6 billion lekë from individual municipal contracts and at least 1.5 billion lekë from consortium contracts (July 2015 to July 2018), and that it became almost exclusive contractor to Tirana municipality under Mayor Erion Veliaj. Shqiptarja (2025) ranks it third among government contractors in 2024 with seven contracts worth about 4 billion lekë.
