Vetting (BalkanWeb) reported 10 FSDKSH directors between 2015 and 2025; 49 documented delays in cytostatic and targeted cancer drugs since 2020 with penalties of about 49 million lekë never collected; and 876 million lekë paid in 2023 for planned check-ups, of which about 467,000 were carried out.
